If the question below isn't here, the concierge can resolve it in under two minutes. The desk is always the shortest path.

01 How do I receive my login credentials? +
Register inside the app with email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. The management office reviews each registration and approves residents once your name is matched to a unit on file. If a new occupant has joined your household or you're having trouble signing in, stop by the front desk or call the concierge.
02 Can household members and long-term guests use the app? +
Up to four authorized occupants per residence can be added at no cost. Please register each user with management so their name is on record with the doormen and valet team.
03 How does reaching the concierge through the app work? +
The Residential Concierge and Club Concierge tiles open a small sheet with two options: call or email. Tapping call places a phone call to the desk from your phone; tapping email opens a pre-addressed message. The desk is staffed around the clock — the overnight concierge handles anything received between 11 PM and 6 AM.
04 How does the valet request work? +
Tap the Valet Parking tile. The app opens a secure window into ValetPlease — the garage's own system — with your email and valet tag pre-filled. Submit the request and the team retrieves your car to the porte cochère at 1 Franklin. Please allow 4–8 minutes during peak periods.
05 Does the app work when I'm traveling? +
Absolutely. Browse and RSVP to La Vie events, queue up the podcast, read newsletters, and reach the concierge by phone or email from anywhere. Valet requests are best submitted as you're heading home — the garage team begins retrieval as soon as the request lands.
